INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELECTED CANDIDATES

PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

  1. Fees will be accepted from Monday, 18th June 2012 onwards. The last date for payment of fees for selected candidates is Friday 22nd June, 2012, 3:00 p.m. failing which your seat will be given to a wait-listed candidate.
  2. The total payment of Rs.1,50,068/- may be paid  by demand draft or pay order in favour of  ‘SOPHIA SCM ACCOUNTS I’  at the Sophia Polytechnic Cash Office. (Cash or Cheques will not be accepted at the Cash Office). E-payments are also accepted.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR WAIT-LISTED CANDIDATES

PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

  1. All LOCAL WAIT-LISTED CANDIDATES – must meet the Head of the Department personally at 3.00.pm on Friday, 22nd June, 2012.
  2. All OUTSTATION WAIT-LISTED CANDIDATES must contact the Head of the Department either personally, over the phone, or through a representative on Friday, 22nd June, 2012, at 3.00 pm to find out if they have been admitted into the course.
  3. In case the candidate has failed to meet/contact the Head of the department, her seat will be cancelled and offered to the next wait-listed candidate.
  4. The candidates WHO HAVE BEEN SELECTED FROM THE WAIT-LIST are required to pay their fees by Tuesday, 26th June, 2012, by 3:00 pm.  
  5. Hostel interviews will be held on Tuesday, 19th June, 2012, 11.00 am onwards for both admitted and wait-listed candidates. The candidates must be accompanied by their Local Guardians. For any queries regarding hostel interviews please contact Sr Joanna at 022-23513157/ 022-23514147.
  6. Classes begin on Friday, 6th July, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in the Social Communications Media classroom on the third floor. The day will end at 5:30 pm.
  7. Attendance on the first day of class is compulsory. Absenteeism, without written permission from a faculty member of the SCM department will result in the seat being given to a wait-listed candidate.
  8. Outstation candidates must ensure that they relocate to Mumbai before the beginning of term.

IMPORTANT

ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS

The following original documents need to be submitted at the time of paying the fees:

  1. SSC mark sheet
  2. HSC mark sheet
  3. Graduation TY mark sheet
  4. Migration / Transfer / Leaving Certificate
  5. Gap Certificate ( for students who have completed their graduation before 2012)
  6. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
